        Our sunset kayaking journey in Ao Thalane, Krabi aka muddy bay in Thai takes us paddling through the open sea and water channels in between towering limestone karsts and cliffs to reveal a hidden world forgotten by time and modern development. True enough, sometimes we just have to be disconnected to be connected with the world around us. When my sister and I were kayaking in Ao Thalane, we were not distracted by the ringing and buzzing of our mobile gadgets or busy checking the updates of our social media sites, we were instead engulfed by the beautiful, natural world before us, listening attentively to the voices of nature - birds chirping, insects calling, water flowing and even the sound of water droplets falling from the trees above puts us in a relaxed and peaceful mood. In fact, I imagined myself as the female version of Indiana Jones; exploring the unknown, not fearing of the possibility of boulders or rocks falling off the cliffs and onto us.
